Content Management Policy – Job Finder Global

This document outlines the requirements for publishing and distributing job postings on the Job Finder Global platform (jobfinderglobal.com). All partners (advertising agencies, aggregators, distributors, job boards) must adhere to the following standards.

1. Publication Sources

Advertising Agencies and Programmatic Channels
Content delivered via programmatic channels or agencies must meet our minimum quality standards.

Aggregators
Copying and displaying third-party content on jobfinderglobal.com is strictly prohibited.

Distributors
Platforms or web services enabling aggregators to publish content are permitted, provided they comply with our guidelines and sponsored visibility requirements.

Job Boards
We index new job postings from external job boards only in select markets (e.g., Japan, Czech Republic, Hungary, Ukraine, Romania, Greece). Job boards must be directly managed by Job Finder Global or remove all third-party affiliations (including ad campaigns, URLs, budgets) to qualify.

2. Non-Discrimination

We promote fair hiring practices and do not tolerate preferences or exclusions based on protected characteristics.

  • Age: Any age restrictions or preferences are prohibited. Graduate-exclusive postings may be restricted in certain markets.
  • Identity and Hate Speech: Content that is offensive or harassing based on identity (race, religion, gender, sexual orientation) is prohibited.
  • Origin and Nationality: Excluding candidates due to nationality, ethnicity, or accent is forbidden.
  • Other Factors: Unfair treatment of candidates for any reason—e.g., excluding smokers—is not permitted.

3. Salary and Income Transparency

Commission-Only Roles
Roles based solely on commission (especially remote positions) must include a clear, verified compensation model or sponsor support.

Gig Economy Offers
Independent contractor postings must be fully described and verified. We do not accept platforms whose primary function is lending, selling, or sharing goods/assets.

4. Prohibition of Candidate Fees

Job postings requiring fees from candidates (e.g., for CV submissions, training, tests) are prohibited. Relocation job offers without clear financial support are removed.

5. Prohibited Job Categories

  • Adult Entertainment Industry: Roles without direct exploitation risk are permitted; high-risk roles (trafficking, sex work) are banned.
  • Misleading Direct Sales and Marketing: Postings obscuring their nature or involving ambiguous sales outside specified locations are prohibited.
  • MLM and Financial Pyramids: Multi-level marketing offers are not accepted.
  • Mystery Shopping: Such roles are excluded.
  • Training Programs and Courses: Ads for courses or programs without actual job offers are not allowed. Internships must be paid.

6. Quality Requirements

General Postings
Ads bundling multiple roles or describing several vacancies must use the sponsored visibility process.

Complete and Consistent Information
Job descriptions must include all key details—requirements, responsibilities, location, salary, and employer name. Discrepancies with other pages result in rejection.

Job Titles and Descriptions
Titles must be concise and clear, free of clickbait, emojis, or excessive symbols. Descriptions should accurately reflect job duties.

Content Quality
Spam, offensive language, irrelevant or misleading content is strictly prohibited.

7. Non-Employment Offers

The following categories are not considered job offers:

  • Business or investment opportunities,
  • Internal announcements (employees only),
  • Events like job fairs or career days without specific job offers,
  • Passive income schemes (surveys, short-term rentals).

8. Personalization and Targeting

Targeting must be transparent and tied to candidates’ qualifications and professional history. Prohibited practices include:

  • Targeting candidates outside the company’s operating region,
  • Personalization based on protected characteristics,
  • Irrelevant ads generated via behavioral analysis.

9. Recruitment Process Standards

Email Communication
The Job Finder Global messaging system is solely for application-related communication. Misuse may result in account suspension.

Excessive Data Requests
Requesting sensitive information (e.g., ID numbers, bank details) at the job posting stage is prohibited.

Redirects
Postings must not redirect candidates to untrusted external sites.

Multimedia Requirements
Multimedia materials are permitted only for one-way interviews.

10. Search Result Manipulation

Prohibited practices:

  • Misleading use of competitors’ trademarks,
  • Duplicating postings across multiple sources,
  • Excessive keyword stuffing,
  • Abusing geographic locations,
  • Unjustified reposting of the same offer.

Violations may lead to reduced visibility or removal.

11. Risk Policy

Human Trafficking and Exploitation
Zero tolerance for offers facilitating human trafficking or worker exploitation.

Candidate Abuse
Preventing candidate misconduct and misuse of application data is enforced.

12. Industry-Specific Rules

Transportation and Logistics
Driver roles must clearly specify required licenses, vehicle type, responsibilities, and legal requirements. Offers must comply with local driving hour/rest regulations.

Healthcare and Caregiving
Care and medical job postings must include qualifications, certifications, and duties. Employer verification is mandatory.

Construction and Industry
Roles requiring specialized skills must detail competencies, working conditions, and potential hazards.

13. Enforcement and Consequences

Policy violations may result in:

  • Posting removal,
  • Reduced offer visibility,
  • Partner account suspension or termination,
  • Reporting to authorities for severe breaches.

Job Finder Global reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
